The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has started construction work of local library in Argo district of northern Badakhshan province.
Further, the one-floor library will be constructed on 442 square meters of land at an estimated cost of 12,200,000 AFN which funded by the development budget of the Ministry of Finance.
